HOUSE BILL NO. 2(FIN) and moved and asked unanimous consent                                                                     
that it be taken up at this time. Without objection, the bill was before

The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SENATE CS FOR HOUSE                                                                     
BILL NO. 2(FIN) "An Act relating to unemployment contributions for                                                              
the Alaska technical and vocational education program and to the                                                                
allocation of money appropriated to the Alaska Workforce Investment                                                             
Board; relating to the vocational education account and appropriations                                                          
from that account; and providing for an effective date" pass the
